Dr. Skramstad
Award Winning Dentist & Lecturer
Dr. Michael Skramstad grew up in Marshall, MN and attended college at Purdue University. While at Purdue, he played on the University Golf Team for four years and graduated in 1996 with a bachelor's degree in genetics. Dr. Skramstad then returned to Minnesota and graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2000.
Dr. Skramstad performs all aspects of cosmetic, implant, and family dentistry with a particular focus on esthetic and CAD/CAM computerized dentistry. He is a certified Advanced Trainer for Patterson Dental and has lectured internationally on technology and digital dentistry. Dr. Skramstad is an Alpha tester for Sirona Dental Systems, focusing on the production of digital restorations. A product consultant for multiple dental companies, he has had the pleasure of testing and evaluating many products prior to market launch and has published numerous articles on dental materials and CAD/CAM.
Dr. Skramstad has the pleasure of being faculty of the CAD/CAM Department at the Spear Education Center for Dentistry in Scottsdale, Arizona, and www.cerecdoctors.com, a nationally renowned website for continuing education in CEREC dentistry. He was also voted one of the “Top Dentists” multiple times by his peers in Minneapolis/St. Paul magazine.
In his spare time, Dr. Skramstad enjoys spending time with his wife, sons Ethan and Benjamin, daughter Colette, and their dog, Otis.
