CEREC is one of the most exciting breakthroughs in modern dentistry. It is a CAD/CAM computer system which allows us to generate superb quality porcelain restorations (crowns, onlays, veneers) in a single visit.

How does it work?
CEREC is a camera, computer and precision manufacturing machine all in one. We use CEREC’S built in camera to take a picture of the damaged tooth. Using this image, the CAD (Computer Assisted Design) function of the CEREC designs the porcelain restoration. Then, the CAM (Computer Assisted Manufacturing) function mills the restoration out of a block of porcelain. We then bond the crown/filling to your tooth and are finished!

2. DIAGNOdent : Fluorescent Laser Cavity Detector

4. DIGITAL PANOGRAPHIC XRAYS

We now can take a low radiation x-ray of your entire mouth and jaw in a single exposure without using any film. This not only is fast and convenient, but exposes you to much less radiation than taking multiple films.

5. COMPUTERIZED OFFICE

Our office utilizes a completely integrated computer network. This means we not only have computers at our front desk, but also in every treatment room. This allows your visit to be much more efficient and enjoyable. We also utilize a high speed internet connection to process your insurance immediately after your treatment is completed.

Have you every been recommended a dental procedure and not understood exactly what the treatment entailed? We help you understand all treatment by utilizing a high-tech DVD patient education system called ORASPHERE.
